Specialized ultrasonic flow sensor for pure hydrogen H2 and gas mixtures, achieving ±3% volume flow accuracy across 10-3400 L/min in 3/4"-1 1/2" sizes at pressures 0.8-20 bar(a) and temperatures -20°C to 85°C. Featuring stainless steel 316L construction, integrated temperature, pressure, and humidity sensors (0-100% RH), with advanced mass flow determination and gas composition analysis for H2-N2-H2O mixtures.
