Work on Real Solutions
Most of our work sits at the intersection of engineering, software development, and 3D design. Roles are shaped around the person, not the other way around. We work together on site in an open office at our headquarters in Oradea, Romania, with close collaboration across our offices in Germany. Our team includes people from different countries and backgrounds, and the world we operate in is not local.
What we look for
Technical skills matter. You'll be working on real products with real specifications. But we've learned over the years that determination and character carry further than any specific qualification. People who are curious, who figure things out, who stay with a problem until it's solved. That's what makes someone good here. We're a company of 70 people. Your work will be visible, your input will be heard, and the products you help build will end up in industries you can point to.
