Junior Technical Business Development Associate (m/f/d)

Active involvement in Sales and Business Development (e.g. identifying new applications, market potential, and leads)
Supporting the management of our OEM partners and product portfolio, with increasing independent responsibility over time
Close collaboration with the Technical Solutions & Business Development Lead on customer projects and strategic topics
Translating customer requirements into technical specifications
Supporting development projects through to transfer into production
Assisting with trade fair appearances, lead generation, and marketing activities
Maintaining and further developing technical documentation
Technical background through a degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering) or comparable training/further education
Strong technical understanding with an affinity for electronics and software
Interest in combining technology and business, as well as in application-oriented solutions
Very good English skills and willingness to travel
Quick understanding of applications, along with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
Initiative, curiosity, and enjoyment of a dynamic, flexible work environment
Initial experience in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with OEM partnerships or B2B industrial products
Confidence in presenting technical topics to customers and partners
A role closely connected to key company functions and direct collaboration with executive management
Gradual assumption of responsibility through active involvement in projects, customer relationships, and market activities
A development perspective based on growing influence and responsibility within the role — rather than on disciplinary leadership
Flexible working arrangements with a remote component and a small, highly effective team in Germany
