Junior Production Manager

We’re looking for an organized colleague with a technical background and an interest in coordinating production processes. You will help plan and improve the manufacturing activities for Allengra sensors and measurement equipment.

• Support the planning and organization of daily production activities.

• Track order progress and ensure deadlines are met.

• Help identify requirements for materials, equipment, and resources.

• Consolidate data on production, quality, and process efficiency.

• Flag bottlenecks and help identify solutions.

• Work with the engineering, testing, and research and development teams to introduce products into manufacturing.

• Help ensure compliance with work instructions and quality and safety requirements.

• A university degree in a technical field, preferably industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or production management.

• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.

• Analytical thinking and an interest in process improvement.

• Proficiency in Excel and the ability to work with data.

• Initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

• Technical English proficiency.

• University projects, internships, or experience in production are an advantage.

• Training and support to help you understand production processes.
